- SPEAK OUT - FOR HUMAN SOCIAL – ECONOMIC WITH VEGETABLES GARDEN,POULTRY,HOME BASE CARE,SEWING,SUPPORT GROUPS,BOOK CLUB, SAVING AND HANDCRAFT.

- MATERIAL DONOR – FOR AWARENESS, CAMPAIGN IE: HIV&AIDS, CRIME, SUBSTANCE ABUSE, VICTIMS OF ABUSED, FUNDRAISING, MATERIAL DONATION AND CHILD – MINDING.

- TO THE POINT – A CAREER GUIDANCE FOR YOUNG, ADULTS LITERACY WHICH IS BASE ON INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP SKILLS TRAINING ON CHOSEN SKILLS DEVELOPMENT.

- NOMZAMO CATERING & EQUIPMENT SERVICES – FOR INCOME GENERATING THAT WILL SUPPLY DECORATIONS, CATERING, TENTS, CHAIRS, SOUND SYSTEM AND VISUAL SYSTEM ON REASONABLE AMOUNT.
- DOCUMENTS PROFILE WILL BE FORWARDED ONLY FOR THE INTERESTED PARTIES.
- The organization is situated at Nondweni under Inkosi uBhambatha(uMzinyathi) District municipality.
- The board members compliance of Chairperson, General Secretary,Treasurer,Program-me Committee, Operation and Technical officers which serve as the Executive management committee.
- The executive committee serve for three (03) years term for the organization to hold an annual general meeting for the election and co – opts.
- There is a staff-members which compliance of Chief Executive Officer, Program-me Manager, Administrator ,Care-workers and technical department(Volunteers)

From 09 – 18 years = 75
From 18 – 35 years = 80
Adults = 50

Areas of Operation – Mahlungulu 1 & 2, Voyiza, Mfihlelwano, Nyakaza and Ntabamhlophe.

Disadvantage Adults = 100

Individual Responsibilities:
- Board / Committee - Is to offer direction and manage the organization.
- Chairperson: Chair meetings, direct and guidance. She promotes decision making.
- General Secretary: Writes and store information documents, writes and keep minutes, approve contract, and monitor daily duties.
- Treasurer: Keeps financial records, receipts and make budgets for organization program mes.
- Program me Committee: They evaluate research, initiate and implement projects.
- Technical Officer: outsource the equipment, materials and facilities of the organization program mes.
- Facilitator :Facilitates, monitors and research information

- Staff Members - Is to run and carries the daily duties of the organization.
- - Chief Director / CEO: Is to overlook, advice the daily task of staff-members, maintained the objectives and mission of the organization, and ratifies the reports weekly / yearly.

- Program me Manager: Is to manage the program mes initiated by organization and its operation process / time frame.
- Administration Officer: Gives support to the staff, clients and assist them with relevant information / documents.
- Finance Officer: Responsible for the organization finances, e.g. daily expenditure, payments and purchasing the equipment and other necessities.
- Semi-skilled Cleaners/ Security: they are responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness and safety of the organization equipment.
- Canteen / Cookers: They are tasked to cook meals for clients and provide refreshments for staff-members and the linkages.
- Childminders: Provide psychological and moral support for abused children, counseling and basic needs.
- Care-Workers: Provide and promote care giving and educate about the health and hygiene related issues.
- Volunteers / Technical Department: Operate initiated program-mes, assist care –workers and marketing the organization.
- Storage: Field workers files and Electronic devices of the organization for safekeeping.
