Introduction and Background Asethembe Development Care Organisation was established in mid August 2009,at Mahlungulu, Nondweni. The organisation is operating in six(06) areas of Wards five(05) and six (06),which are Mahlungulu 1 & 2, Voyiza, Mfihlelwano, Ntabamhlophe and Nyakaza, that is 15km away from Nquthu.We specialized with youth career guidance,basic training,developing sports,arts,talent activities and advance technology

Mission:

- The development of skills training among communities and of the beneficiaries and unemployed youth.
- To build prosperity, eradicate poverty and inequality, and promote the social and economic empowerment for all our people through community participation and smart administration.
Objectives:
- To equip unskilled matriculants, disadvantaged youth and students with career guidance.
- To enhance affected and infected clients with HIV & AIDS on day to day awareness.
- To promotes Arts, Talents and Sports activities.
- To initiates foodstals,Micro business and Poverty Alleviation programmes
Activities:
- Is Caregiving, Home visits of clients, Holistic supports and Counselling.
- Enhancement of stakeholders with various sectors and government departments for their beneficiaries right s i.e.: proper documents and HIV & AIDS related issues.
- Is craft handwork, Beadwork,Sewing,Catering,Decorations,Farming and Sports talents.
